Rupnyagai and Buoth
The government dry season offenive (or counteroffensive) in early 2002 caused the flight of civilians living on the Block 5A/Block 4 border, in Rupnyagai and Buoth near the Bahr El Ghazal (Nam) River. The government targeted Nuer civilians who lived along the road.
