Rubkona

At 0400hrs there was a shooting incident at the Petroleum Security Camp in Rubkona. IPCSO reported that a member of the SSUM approached the base and threatened one of the guards. The man was shot by Petroleum Security and fled into the bush, wounded, and has not been found.
