Ryer/Thar Jath

SPLA Cmdr. Peter Gatdet ambushed a convoy of two hundred conscripts the Sudanese government sent to reinforce its Pultutni garrison and protect Lundin’s rig at Ryer/Thar Jath. The SPLM/A claimed the deaths of 198 government soldiers in that ambush.
