GoS troops, bombers and gun-ships, the latter who spotted a SPLA ambush. Around 100+ Arab horsemen supported by the MI-24 gun-ships attacked the SPLA positions. Over 50 horses were killed and many others wounded. 8 T-55 tanks attacked the SPLA. Heavy casualties on both sides.
