Heglig Construction Company truck ambushed ten km south of Rubkona on Bentiu Bypass road. 13 reported killed. Twelve “peoples militia” (most reports stated they were Army) and one Heglig worker. Six injured. Army trying to get reinforcements. IPC suspend operations.
