Four detainees from Feb 18 killed in crossfire during an unsuccessful rescue operation by government of Sudan forces

Four Sudanese captured while with ICRC in Ruweng county WUN killed in SPLA custody. (HRW 2003: 552) According to the UN, four humanitarian workers were killed.
